Terms of Service for SMS Communications and Consent for SMS Communication
By providing my phone number to VCS Property Management, LLC, you agree and acknowledge that VCS Property Management, LLC, may send Customer Care text messages to your wireless phone number for updates related to property inspection services, building maintenance and repairs, appointment updates and reminders, and customer care. No mobile opt-in or text message consent will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. Information obtained as part of the SMS consent process will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.
If you have consented to receive Customer Care text messages from VCS Property Management, LLC, you may receive text messages related Property management services. Below is an example:

Hi Lisa, this is Paul with VCS Property Management, LLC. This is a Customer Care message. I am reaching out to confirm your scheduled property inspection appointment with a member of our team on December 7th at 10:30 am. Please give us a call if you need to reschedule at 503 828 7522.
