Quiana Vitali Cordova
Accountant
Quiana brings years of experience in property management, starting in onsite roles before transitioning into corporate positions where she discovered her passion for bookkeeping. She enjoys documenting processes, problem-solving, and creating more efficient systems. With a strong background in property management bookkeeping, payroll, trust accounting, financial reporting, and operations, Quiana is dedicated to accuracy, organization, and continuous improvement.
In addition to her accounting responsibilities, Quiana plays a key role in supporting staff, improving operational workflows, and assisting Vinny and the leadership team in strengthening and growing the company. She joined VCS in 2023 when the corporate office was still a small, tight-knit team of three, and she is proud to be part of VCS’s continued growth as the company expands with new properties and staff.
Outside of work, Quiana enjoys cooking, staying active, and spending time with loved ones while exploring Portland’s food and culture.
